313.95 Beta from NVIDIA is targeted especially at gamers rushing to play Crysis 3 Open Beta, because it increases performance by up to 65% on some boards. There’s more to it, however.

Other game performances have been optimized: Assassin’s Creed III by 27%, Civilization V by 19%, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 by 14%, DiRT 3 by 14%, Far Cry 3 by 10% and many others.

This release is compatible with desktops and notebooks running on all of Microsoft's operating systems beginning with Windows XP, Vista respectively.

Also, the driver installs the HD audio driver version 1.3.23.1, and the NVIDIA PhysX System Software 9.12.1031 that fixes a bug which made Unreal Tournament 3, Trine, and Metro 2033 not to launch.

As for fixes, Assassin’s Creed 3 has no bright-color corruption if you're not running Microsoft's latest operating system, while Guild Wars 2 has no corruption whatsoever, and Battlefield 3 doesn't show the “Driver not responding” message error anymore.

As usual, NVIDIA recommends that you uninstall nTune before you install this driver. If you have a notebook, you need to make sure your GPU supports the driver and back up your system configuration.
