After releasing GeForce Graphics Driver 347.09 Beta a week ago, NVIDIA has announced the availability of the same 347.09 beta version for its Quadro driver, which fixes issues regarding ATP Infra and Iray Viewer applications.

Specifically speaking, users running the producer’s previous Quadro Graphics Driver 341.21 have been experiencing problems when using ATP Infra on Quadro K6000 cards. The application couldn’t create a base snapshot when running low on disk space.

In addition to that, with the same 341.21 release, Tesla K20 and K40 owners spotted that, in the Manage GPU Utilization page (NVIDIA Control Panel > Workstation), Iray Viewer CUDA application wasn’t using the Tesla GPU as it should.

These issues have now been resolved via NVIDIA’s present update, but don’t forget that this version is still a beta release.

When it comes to compatibility, Quadro 347.09 is to be applied on computers including an appropriate graphics card and which are powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems, either bit architectures.

Moreover, the downloadable packages can be used on both desktop and notebook configurations, Still, bear in mind that this release isn’t suitable for notebook systems if they are running Windows Vista.

That being said, download NVIDIA Quadro Graphics Driver 347.09 Beta, apply it, perform a reboot upon completion to make sure all changes take effect properly, and constantly check our website in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
