NVIDIA has made available a new GeForce Game Ready driver, namely version 353.06, which should offer the best gaming experience for the highly awaited Heroes of the Storm title, and support NVIDIA’s new gaming GPU flagship, the GeForce GTX 980 Ti.

In addition to that, this fresh release also implements various performance enhancements for the latest titles, adds Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) for notebooks with discrete GeForce GPUs, and includes G-SYNC support in windowed mode (only for 2-way SLI).

Moreover, it makes available both G-SYNC with V-SYNC on and off options, adds Ultra-Low Motion Blur (ULMB) feature, and increases Kepler-based GPUs performance through several optimizations and fixes.

When it comes to issues, version 353.06 resolves the GLSL shader compile error on Windows 8.1 systems, and gives permission for VBIOS overclocking settings to be read on Windows 8 64-bit platforms.

If this release is applied, your screen won’t go half tile when choosing a 3840 × 2160 resolution, and the Shadowplay icon will not disappear when combining Alt + Tab after an in-game resolution change.

As for compatibility, NVIDIA’s update is suitable for both desktop and notebooks powered by Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems. Moreover, desktops running Windows XP, Vista, or Server 2003 are also valid for this release.

However, it would be a good idea to check the description page for your specific configuration in order to ensure that the device’s GPU is highlighted as a supported component.

With this in mind, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 353.06, apply it, perform a reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly, and enjoy the improvements this new release brings about. Also, constantly check our website in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
