NVIDIA has made available a new WHQL version of its Quadro/Tesla graphics driver, namely version 312.69, which includes support for DirectX 11.1, performance improvements compared to previous versions, and various workstation compatibility fixes.

Specifically speaking, the release increases Cinema 4D and Catia render engine performance, fixes femap VBO memory leak issue, resolves a specific problem with AVID Motion Graphics/Brainstorm, and makes “#define” macro to compile properly in an OpenGL ES context.

This new update consists of several download records compatible with Quadro and Tesla desktop systems, and can be installed on both bit variants of all of Microsoft’s Windows operating systems, except for the latest 8.1 platform.

In addition to that, version 312.69 is compatible with Quadro notebook configurations as well, but only with Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 8 OSes, both 32- and 64-bit architectures.

That being said, if you consider applying this release, then download NVIDIA Quadro/Tesla Graphics Driver 312.69 for the compatible OS and system configuration, and update the graphics card to the latest driver version.
