After only a day since the release of its NVIDIA Quadro Graphics Driver 341.61, the producer has just announced the availability of the same 341.61 version targeted at its Tesla GPUs, which is part of the R340 release branch.

Unlike NVIDIA Tesla Graphics Driver 348.07 outed yesterday (part of R346 branch) that included support for CUDA 7.0 Toolkit, the present update maintains support for the 6.5 version of CUDA.

As for compatibility, the supported platforms are the same: the 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, Server 2008, and Server 2012 R2 operating systems.

Similarities continue when it comes to valid GPUs as well: your system configuration must include a supported K-Series or C-, M-, or X-Class graphics card in order for the driver to be successfully applied.

If you intend to apply this package on your computer, ensure your configuration is supported by the present release, save and run the downloadable package, and wait for all files to be extracted.

Afterwards, simply follow all instructions displayed on-screen for a complete and successful installation. Also, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot (either manually or automatically) once the new driver has been applied.

That being told, download NVIDIA Tesla Graphics Driver 341.61, install it on your computer, and constantly check our website in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
