NVIDIA has just provided its users with a new GeForce Graphics driver hotfix, namely version 350.05, which resolves crashes with Direct X error messages on some systems while playing Battlefield Hardline, as well as TDR crashes encountered it Dragon Age: Inquisition.

This new release is compatible with both desktop and notebook configurations powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems, either 32- or 64-bit variants. Moreover, desktop-related packages should also support Microsoft Windows Vista platforms.

Therefore, if you have been encountering these issues, save the appropriate downloadable file for your system configuration, run it, and follow all instructions displayed on-screen for a complete and successful installation.

In addition to that, you should also perform a system reboot in order to allow all changes to be applied properly. If this task isn’t carried out automatically by the wizard, it would be a good idea to manually restart your gaming station to be sure no crashes will be encountered later on.

However, since other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones mentioned above. Doing so might lead to an installation failure and could also cause various malfunctions or corruption to your system.

Therefore, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 350.05 Hotfix for your specific configuration, apply it and continue playing the latest games without encountering any crashes.
