LucidLogix has outed version 2.1.226 of its Virtu MVP Universal GPU Virtualization (the desktop edition), which is compatible with both 32- and 64-bit versions of Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 8 operating systems.

The released package fixes the applications removal bug, resolves the LucidSVC Localization problem, and adds GUI loading timing optimizations.

However, there are some problems with the driver as well. The known issues include the 3DMark11 old version that may crash when loading Windows 8 after a restart (it happens also without Virtu MVP), and possible minor artifacts randomly shown in some games.

In addition to that, 3DMark06 might not show any performance raise in HyperFormance feature on default settings due to the application’s high CPU load, and even HyperFormance alone may not improve performance when turned on.

The 2.1.226 Virtu MVP is compatible with NVIDIA’s GF/GTX 4xx/5xx/6xx series, as well as AMD’s HD5xxx/HD6xxx/HD7xxx series graphics cards, and with all of Intel, NVIDIA, and AMD’s WHQL graphics drivers.

That being said, follow the link below, and download the latest Virtu MVP from LucidLogix.
