When it comes to Graphics drivers, I think Intel does its best to fix all the known issues of the previous versions, and it did just that with the 9.17.10.3062 HD Graphics coming within the 15.28.15.3062 (for 32-bit) and 15.28.15.64.3062 (for 64-bit) driver packages.

There are two packages compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 8 operating systems, one for each bit version, and if we take into account the very large number of fixes, we can conclude that Intel’s team worked hard to release a well-functioning driver.

So, to summarize this huge list (the detailed list is available through the download links below), I can highlight that the video transcoding has been tweaked, and the Wireless Display feature now works just fine.

Moreover, a considerable number of games like Doom 3 BFG, League of Legends, Battlefield 3, or Call of Duty – Black Ops benefit from launch crash resolved issues, minor artifacts workarounds, as well as performance improvements for the Windows 8 OS so that it can be comparable with the Windows 7 platform.

In addition, PerfX2 D2D test issue has been resolved, audio is now sent properly to HDMI displays, system resume time has been improved, and drivers crash error message will not appear any more when pressing Fn+Space or apply zoom several times.

Besides the Graphics Driver, this release brings along the Display Audio Driver version 6.14.0.3097, as well as the Media SDK Runtime.

That said, follow one of the links below compatible with your bit version to discover the full list of resolved issues and to download the latest HD Graphics Driver.
