Asus has released a new driver for its PB278Q Professional LED Monitor and not only is it compatible with Microsoft’s most recent operating system, either 32-bit or 64-bit, but it’s also Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) Certified.

The driver contains the Monitor Information (INF) File for the maximum resolution and monitor naming, as well as the Windows Image Color Management (ICM) File for ICC Color Profile.

Asus’ LED Monitor has another package with the same characteristics as the ones described above (INF File, ICM File, and WHQL certified), but the difference between the two is that this one is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7.

The 27” Widescreen device has a 2560 x 1440 maximum resolution with support for HDMI, DisplayPort, and Dual-link DVI, and also a resolution of 1920x1080 supporting D-sub.

It benefits from Asus’ exclusive QuickFit Virtual scale, as well as its Splendid Video Intelligence Technology for a unique viewing experience. Similarly, it has extensive connectivity with native WQHD content.
