NVIDIA has recently launched the 331.65 WHQL graphics driver for its Quadro, Tesla, NVS and Grid cards. This release is the first ODE (Optimal Drivers for Enterprise) driver to support Windows 8.1.

331.65 adds support for OpenGL 4.4 and updates NvWMI to version 2.15, although this requires Quadro FX4600, FX5600, FX x700 series or a newer GPU.

Unfortunately, with this driver version, XP is no longer on the supported OSes list.

The release notes mention performance improvements and sorting out the slow respond of the application while using threaded optimization in Cinema 4D. Also, the NVIDIA Nsight application will no longer crash when launched.

Quadro 6000 gets three new fixes: one is for the clCreateFromGLTexture2D failing with Mipmaps, one for the broken GLSL break statement and the last, which is common with the K600 adapter, for the driver crashing in clCreateFromGLBuffer when many instructions are in the pipeline and graphics memory use is high.
