Just now, Dovado has made available a new firmware package targeted at its DOMA, GO, and Tiny routers, namely version 7.3.7, which adds support for Huawei’s MS2131 and E3131h-2EW 3G modems, as well as for some 4G devices.

In order to be clear, the present update includes compatibility with ZTE MF831 and MF823, and Huawei E3372 and E3372h 4G USB modems.

When it comes to installing this release, know that the process can be carried out manually through the device’s web interface, or automatically using a firmware update utility (available for both Windows and Mac operating systems).

Specifically speaking, if the manual method is desired, simply download and extract the appropriate archive for your router model, log into its web interface, and go to Upgrade → HTTP Upgrade section.

Now, navigate and select the newly-extracted firmware file (.bin format), click on the “Start HTTP Upgrade” button, and wait about 3 minutes for the process to complete.

If you intend to use the update utility, then get the one compatible with both your router model and system OS, run the setup, and follow the instructions displayed on-screen. Also, the utility might require you to enter the password.

That being said, download Dovado Router Firmware 7.3.7 for your specific device, get the file that describes the desired upgrade method, and apply the latest firmware version on your wireless unit.
