Today, ASUS releases the firmware version that lets the MeMO Pad Smart 10 taste a new flavor of Jelly Bean, namely the Android 4.2 OS.

The 10.6.1.15.4 version may also bring improvements and enhancement to the device's overall performance.

Before you consider installing the new firmware, you should know your stock-keeping unit (SKU).

Moreover, bear in mind that the update process cannot do SKU conversion or downgrade version, and the wrong SKU may cause update failure and device malfunction.

So, if you don’t know the SKU, don't worry. Go to Settings --> About Tablet --> Build Number, and there you should be able to read the SKU, which consists of the first two letters before the underscore mark.

In addition, it’s recommended that the device’s battery is fully charged before starting the update process, or that at least the upgrade is done while the MeMO Pad Smart 10 is connected to a safe and continuous power source.

That being said, follow the link below, and from the list choose the link that best describes your SKU.
