AMD has just made available its 15.4 Catalyst Graphics driver developed for certain embedded GPUs, APUs, and SOCs, which adds custom timing, 10-bit color, as well as new Eyefinity configurations (1x4 and 4x1).

In addition to that, the present release also includes EDID emulation with MST support and fixes the incorrect logo in Catalyst Control Center.

When it comes to supported products, Catalyst 15.4 install the 14.502.1019 graphics version on AMD’s FT3(b) G-Series SOCs, FT1 G-Series APUs, as well as on its FP3, FP2, and FS1r2 R-Series APUs.

Moreover, E8860, E6760, and E6460 AMD Embedded GPU models are also compatible with this release.

However, regardless of which component is included within your system configuration, bear in mind that it must be powered by Microsoft’s Windows 7 platform (either bit variant) or Windows 8.1 64-bit OS.

Furthermore, even if the package might work with other operating systems, we do not recommend installing it on OSes other than the aforementioned ones. Doing so might lead to various malfunctions.

With this in mind, save and unzip the downloadable archive, locate and run the available setup file, and follow all instructions for a successful installation. Also, once completed, make sure to perform a system reboot (either manually or automatically).

That being said, download AMD Embedded GPU and APU Driver 14.502.1019, apply it on your computer, and constantly check our website to see when a newer version is available.
